Discovery Flights

We offer discovery flights for those interested in possibly starting flight training. The FAA requires that these flights are for training introduction ONLY.

Discovery flights allow you to experience a standard two-hour training block, for a flat, discounted fee! $150!

Discovery flights incorporate a pre-flight briefing where you can get introduced to aviation training, ask questions, and prepare for a flight experience.

You’ll perform a preflight inspection, help taxi the airplane and assist with takeoff. You’ll fly the airplane out to our practice area and take controls as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. You’ll assist with navigation back to the airport, entry into the traffic pattern, and landing. Then you’ll have some debrief time with your instructor for any additional questions.
